One of the most rewarding aspects of Dr. Batsilas' career has been playing key roles in successful bid campaigns for major sporting events.

Dr. Batsilas served as the Director of the successful bid for the FIFA World Cup 2022, and as Chairman of the Technical Bid Committee for the FIFA World Cup 2034, playing a crucial role in securing Qatar and the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia’s award.
